Data deletion instructions

1. How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address linked to your account (for Google or Facebook accounts, that account's email).

If you no longer have access to that email, include your display name and how you sign in (email, Google or Facebook) so we can verify you.

2. What we delete

Your login account, profile (name, language, plan of interest), trading journal, strategies and anything you submitted through forms on the website.

For accounts signed in with Facebook or Google, we delete the information received from that provider (name, email, account identifier).

3. Processing time

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal retention cycle, at most 90 days.

4. Removing Facebook / Google access

You can also remove limit.trade's access yourself: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites; on Google go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access. Removing access does not delete data already stored at limit.trade, so please also send a request as described in section 1.
